The Escena Poblenou Festival de Tardor is supported on 3 fundamentals pillars:
Space. Body. Humour.

 The Festival wants to be a frame for development of all the work of artists and companies (locals, nationals and internationals) which have for basis the investigation, creation, and risk. Especially companies that experiment with their owns languages in the scenic arts.

In this way, bets for a convinced agreement with creation, generating a meeting point with emerging artists and professionals from different disciplines and cultures, exhibiting their works, some of them premiered in the festival, others already shown in others circuits, and others in process of creation.

All this is presented in the aim of sharing and growing ( creators, public and programmers) from the numerous experiences of the scenic arts

The Escena Poblenou Festival de Tardor embraces a part of artistic programming which put in front: dance, theatre, circus, clown, gesture theatre, object theatre and music; avoiding the conventional theatrical concept, since this kind of proposals has easier access in theatres and public. Moreover, all the shows which take place in venues, have a symbolic price of 2€. This small participation makes possible, on one hand to the artist, and on the other hand, to allow the entry for a large audience. The numerous street shows are completely free, with the aim to create new publics and awaken people to the language of scenic arts.

Thanks to all those elements and to the quality of the selected groups, during the five past editions, the audience had been more than 25.000 spectators, and the festival received more than 200 requests each year, from companies who wants to participate.
